If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to exchange or receive a full refund (postage not included) for your order. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please send item(s) back in original packaging.
We always replace any broken or damaged sunglasses. Just get in touch with a picture of the damaged/ broken item and your order number and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the same method of payment.
Exchanges: please follow the same process above and email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to exchange the item you purchased. Once your return is received, your replacement item will be sent.
To return an item please e-mail email@example.com for the returns address and state whether you require a refund or exchange. Please also state your order number. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Leosun. When returning items we advise using a tracking service or a proof of postage. Leosun will process returns within 14 days.
We will not charge postage for replacement items.
We only refund or exchange items bought direct from www.leosun.co.uk, if you have bought an item from a different website or store please follow their directions for refunds and exchanges.
