If your order is placed before 2pm, it will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.

For UK orders we ship using Royal Mail.  Standard deliveries take 2 - 4 days to arrive. Express orders take 1 - 2 days to arrive.

IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES

Leosun LTD (Leosun) does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Leosun will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Leosun accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. 

Leosun is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.

RETURNS 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to exchange or receive a full refund (postage not included) for your order. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please send item(s) back in original packaging.

UK 

To return an item, please email us at info@leosun.co.uk to arrange your return. 

Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the same method of payment.

Exchanges: please follow the same process above and email info@leosun.co.uk if you would like to exchange the item you purchased. Once your return is received, your replacement item will be sent. 

International 

To return an item please e-mail info@leosun.co.uk for the returns address and state whether you require a refund or exchange. Please also state your order number. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Leosun. When returning items we advise using a tracking service or a proof of postage. Leosun will process returns within 14 days.

We will not charge postage for replacement items.

We only refund or exchange items bought direct from www.leosun.co.uk, if you have bought an item from a different website or store please follow their directions for refunds and exchanges.

Please note our age range is a rough guide as children's heads vary in size. The below measurements are a guide and provide key measurements. All our hinges are flexible meaning that the sunglasses fit a wide range of head sizes.
